CANCELLATION POLICY
Super Dogs requires forty eight hours notice for cancelled appointments. If this is not received, the full price of the groom will be payable, and this fee must be paid in full before rebooking.
This condition also applies if the dog fails to attend for appointment without notice.
We appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise and this will be taken into consideration.
TIME KEEPING
I work on a one to one, strictly appointment based time frame, to ensure that your dog has the best possible grooming experience, with plenty of time for grooming and one to one care. I expect your dog to arrive at the given appointment time. If you are more than fifteen minutes late I may have to refuse to groom your dog, if this impacts appointments later in the day. A fee equal to fifty per cent of the groom will be incurred.
I will endeavour to text you approximately twenty minutes before your dog's groom is finished, to allow you time to get to the salon to collect him/her. If you are more than fifteen minutes later collecting your dog a late collection charge of £15 will be incurred.
FLEAS AND TICKS
Super Dogs is proud to be a tick/flea free environment. If your dog is known to have fleas or any other parasitic infection, we ask that your grooming appointment is rescheduled to a time when your pet is free from said infestation. We recommend that you contact your veterinary surgeon to provide you with the best recommended treatment. If fleas are found on your dog, we will use a flea shampoo and as such will be required to carry out additional disinfection of the salon and equipment. An additional £15 will be charged to your bill.
COAT CONDITION
Super Dogs practices humanity over vanity. If in my professional opinion it would be kinder to remove the coat than attempt to de-matt, this will be done in accordance with The Animal Welfare Act 2005. Whilst I make every effort to include this as part of the pre-groom consultation/coat assessment, there may be occasion where the degree of matting cannot be fully identified until I commence the groom. In this event, I will make every effort to contact you to discuss before taking further action.
HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Procedures within the grooming environment can be stressful for dogs, in particular for senior / young / overweight dogs, or those with medical concerns. The process may expose unknown medical conditions or aggravate a current one during or after the groom. In the best interest of your dog, this condition gives Super Dogs permission to seek emergency veterinary treatment if this is deemed necessary for whatever reason. I will do my best to contact you first, however, this may not always be feasible. All medical expenses are the responsibility of the owner, unless Super Dogs is found to be negligent.
A full groom can take in excess of two hours, and is physically demanding as well as stressful for some animals. Whilst I will make every effort to provide additional support to all dogs in my care, cuts and grazes can occur. I also reserve the right to stop the grooming process at any time, if I feel this is too much for the dog. The length of time taken up until the point the groom is halted will be charged for.
By using Super Dogs Wash and Groom you agree to hold the company harmless from any damage, loss or claim arising from any condition of the dog, either known or unknown to us. It is also further understood and agreed that these terms can change at any time, without notice, and will overwrite any and all prior signed contracts or releases. This clause applies to all dogs groomed.

Any prices quoted are an estimat. Additional charges may be incurred due to:
Unkept/neglected coats
Aggressive or nervous dogs who require additional time/handling
Fleas and/or ticks

In order for me to groom your dogs, I am required to obtain and store a limited amount of your personal information. This information will never be shared with any third parties or organisations and will only be used for the purposes of grooming your dog.
